I initially started training with Scotty to kick start my exercise regime, with the view of stopping once I got into the swing of things. However 10 months into it, I’m still here! I’ve seen rapid results and have thoroughly enjoyed the diversity he brings to each session. By working on strengthening my back (as a result of my desk job), he’s also allowed me cut down on my chiro sessions.

Scott Gooding is a fantastic, reliable trainer. Every session Scott gave me a variety of work – like soft sand running, boxing as well as core training and strength work. Although each session was exhausting – it was also incredibly rewarding. I really looked forward to this training every week and especially seeing the results both in my fitness levels and my measurements.

I started training with Scotty about 12 months ago. I wasn’t in good shape when i started but i’m improving every week and more importantly I’m enjoying it. Its something that I look forward to rather than doing from neccessity and I believe thats half the battle won. The training is varied, Scotty brings in new exercises and routines each week which keeps things interesting. It could be a new sparring routine, a new kettlebell exercise like a turkish get-up but there is always something to make the the training interesting and progressive.

The location is just great, a park in Bondi beach-what could be better. Scotty is a great guy, his approach is relaxed and his knowledge extensive. If youre thikning about getting fit then get in touch with Scotty.
