Train with a group

SGF provides early morning Bootcamps which are designed to give total body conditioning. Our Bootcamps are high intensity workouts utilising intervals, tabatas, callisthenics, boxing, kettlebells, battling ropes and more. For the body to continually improve it must be exposed to a variety of functional training types. The Bootcamps are 45 mins, and in our mind there is no better way to start the day. We are proud to say that our Bootcamps are a great social meeting place too. It is a fantastic way to meet like-minded people and we organise social events throughout the year. People of all fitness levels are of course welcome!

Our Bootcamps are definitely hard work but the onus is on the individual. Our mentality is to praise and commend and certainly to not single out or humiliate – after all we aren’t in the marines!

The sessions begin at 6am sharp with a gentle, full body warm-up ensuring all major joints are warmed. The session will slowly ramp in its intensity relying on intervals for a high intensity workout. Each session is different from the last ensuring the body is constantly challenged. We train all aspects of fitness – power, strength and endurance and in ways that require learning new techniques and skills.

Above all the sessions are effective and social.
